Welcome to Casa Quadra Dique – a stunning modern design villa where tranquility, space, and architecture come together in the heart of the Algarve, just a few minutes from the picturesque market town of Loulé.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features five stylish bedrooms and four modern bathrooms with showers, a bathtub, and luxury toiletries. Everything is designed for your comfort: from soft towels and crisp bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The open living area offers a bright, minimalist design with a kitchen bar and direct access to the outdoor spaces.
Casa Quadra Dique also includes air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a private driveway with ample parking. Guests can enjoy additional amenities such as a fitness corner, ping pong table, and darts.
Located just 7 km from Loulé and 25 km from Vilamoura Marina, the villa overlooks the scenic hills of São Lourenço de Matos. Faro Airport is a convenient 20-minute drive away.

Extras
Housekeeping
For stays longer than 10 days, we provide a weekly cleaning service. This includes refreshing the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, as well as changing the bed linen. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can easily be arranged upon request.
Car rental
At Faro Airport you will find several reliable car rental companies with attractive offers. We recommend comparing the different options, as prices can vary by month – and sometimes even by week. This way, you can always find the deal that best suits your trip.
GYM and more things to do…
Our fully equipped gym has everything you need for a great workout: from exercise bike and cross trainer to squat rack, CrossFit equipment, weights, steps, fitness mats, wooden block, pull-up bar, and barbell. For relaxation, you can enjoy the table tennis table or the electronic dartboard – perfect for a fun evening.
Taxi service
For a quick and reliable ride, we recommend using the Uber app. It allows you to easily travel to and from the villa or nearby villages and beaches.
